When we collect your personal data

In these cases, the data collected is limited to what is necessary to fulfil your request. All contact forms are managed through Gravity Forms and processed in Salesforce. All hiring and recruitment data is processed through our applicant tracking platform, Breezy, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Provision of personal data is always voluntary.

If you opt in to receive newsletters or marketing communications, we rely on your explicit consent. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each communication.

We do not currently offer a user login experience on this website, though some areas of the ONYX ecosystem may.

We reserve the right to introduce new methods of collecting personal data as our services and technologies evolve, including but not limited to surveys, interactive tools, or embedded third-party integrations.
